  4. 4 Capital Projects Report: Alex Keh – Chair and Will Burse, PW Maintenance / Park Manager Description: Final CIP recommendations from committee for FY 2027. Staff will update committee on playground construction and bathrooms and Jennings Pavilion renovations.
  5. 5 Pickleball and Tennis update Report: Pickleball Sub Committee Description: Subcommittee will update on progress of handball conversion project. Committee may discuss balancing court hours allocation among tennis, pickleball, and Player Capital when courts are in highest demand.
