RESOLUTION EXPANDING THE POOL OF LAW FIRMS TO SERVE AS OUTSIDE LABOR COUNSEL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026, PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 AND RFQ-26-051

This resolution expands the pool of law firms qualified to serve as outside labor counsel for the County of Passaic in calendar year 2026. This expansion is in addition to firms previously qualified under RFQ-26-036. The process followed a fair and open public solicitation under N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. The County Counsel recommended qualifying the firms listed on Schedule A under RFQ-26-051 for services including representation in labor matters, internal investigations, and employment trainings on an as-needed basis. The Administration and Finance Committee discussed and recommended this for approval on December 17, 2025. The firms added are: Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP, Law Office of Marco Di Stefano, Esq., LLC, and Taylor Law Group LLC.
