This contract is an extension of a previous contract bid out in 2025 through the MPI (Municipal Partnership Initiative) process, with the Village of Woodridge serving as the lead agency. This is the first of two potential one-year extensions. The program addresses deteriorated sidewalks, curbs, and parkways damaged by utility digs. The contract is set to commence upon notice to proceed and be completed by October 31, 2026. Globe Construction, Inc. has provided a performance bond for the full contract amount.
