This resolution ratifies three permanent classified civil service appointments made by the Mayor:

• Abigail Herald: Appointed as Telecommunicator Sr. (Grade 519N) at $28.180 hourly in the Division of Enhanced 911, effective February 11, 2026.
• Kandice Mills: Appointed as Administrative Specialist Principal (Grade 520N) at $30.168 hourly in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, effective February 11, 2026.
• Katrice Smoot: Appointed as Custodial Supervisor (Grade 517N) at $25.536 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective February 25, 2026.

These appointments are submitted for Council approval and will become effective on their respective dates.
