RES 160 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of Shreveport and teh Downtown Development Authority and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (A/Taylor, B/ Brooks)

RES 1 Authorizing the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, purchasing agent to reject all bids received for pavement improvements (asphalt streets) Re- Bid IFB #25-080 and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 2 To recognize January 2026 as Human Trafficking Awareness Month, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (A/Taylor, D/Boucher)

RES 3 Authorizing the mayor to execute a lease to own agreement with Stryker Sales Corporation, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 5 Authorizing the mayor of the City of Shreveport to execute a lease amendment which will extend the primary term of State Agency Lease No. 22145 with Apex Natural Gas, LLC, for an additional two (2) years, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 6 Granting city council approval for the mayor to pay the premiums and execute documents in connection with the purchase of insurance for the city’s excess workers’ compensation and inland marine for the period beginning January 1, 2026 and otherwise providing with respect thereto.

ORD 153 Amending the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, 2026 General Fund Budget, appropriating the funds authorized herein and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 155 To approve the amendment of articles and sections of the UDC, in regard to appeals to zoning variance decisions, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto

ORD 156 Zoning Case No. 25-119-C : An ordinance to approve the amendment of the zoning map of the UDC, by rezoning property located on the northwest corner of Linwood Avenue and Mount Zion Road, for a proposed tract to be rezoned to C-4, and the other proposed tract to be rezoned to C-3, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.(E/Jackson)

ORD 158 Zoning Case No. 25-126-C : An ordinance to approve the amendment of the zoning map of the UDC, by rezoning property located on the east side of North Market Street, approximately 665 feet south of Nelson Street from C-3 General Commercial Zoning District and I-2 Heavy Industrial Zoning District to I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
