RES 4 Authorizing the mayor to execute a lease agreement between the City of Shreveport and North Louisiana Criminalistics Laboratory Commission and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 15 Recognizing Mariah Dawne Hester, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. (A/Taylor)

RES 17 Granting a variance from certain provisions of Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances relative to flood hazard prevention and otherwise providing with respect thereto.

RES 18 Declaring the official intent of the City of Shreveport to reimburse certain capital expenditures from proceeds of lease-purchase agreement and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 19 Authorizing the mayor of the City of Shreveport to execute a change order with Aillet, Fenner, Jolly & McClelland, Inc. for additional design, project management, and traffic engineering services associated with the improved Kings Highway Healthcare and Development Corridor Project, and otherwise providing with respect thereto.

RES 20 Approving the pay scale for Police Civil Service Personnel of the City of Shreveport, effective May 1, 2026, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 21 Approving the pay scale for Fire Civil Service Personnel of the City of Shreveport, effective May 1, 2026, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto

RES 22 To allocate funds to specific not-for-profit organizations from funds budgeted in the 2026 General Fund and Riverfront Fund budgets and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 23 Authorizing adoption of the City of Shreveport Sportran updated public transportation agency safety plan and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

RES 24 Authorizing the Mayor to execute an Entity/State Agreement between the City of Shreveport and the Department of Transportation and Development and to otherwise provide with respect thereto

RES 25 Giving City Council approval for the Mayor to pay the premiums and execute documents in connection with the purchase of insurance for city buildings, facilities and activities for the period beginning April 1, 2026 and otherwise providing with respect thereto

RES 26 Authorizing the Mayor of the City of Shreveport to execute a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of Shreveport and the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Department to operate a comprehensive domestic violence services center, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 25 Amending the 2026 Water and Sewerage Enterprise Fund Budget and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 26 Amending the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, 2026 Capital Projects Fund Budget, appropriating the funds authorized herein and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 27 Amending the City of Shreveport, 2026 Economic Development District “F” District Special Revenue Fund Budget, appropriating the funds authorized herein and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 29 To amend Chapter 26 Article VI. Division 3 concerning construction management at risk project contact methods and to otherwise provide with respect thereto

ORD 30 To amend Shreveport Code of Ordinances Section 26-210.21, subsection (b), to authorize use of monies generated through the City Prosecutor’s Pretrial Diversion Program for the Public Safety Fund in addition to program administration; and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 14 Closing and abandoning a portion of a 20’ wide drainage dedication in the North Shreveport Business Center District No. 3 Subdivision, in Section 23 (T18N-R14W), and to otherwise provide with respect thereto

ORD 15 Declaring a public emergency in connection with the emergency repairs to the sewer main and drainage infrastructure located on Browning Street near Wyngate.

ORD 16 Declaring a public emergency in connection with the emergency replacement of the transformers at the Lucas Wastewater Treatment Plant for turblex blowers.

ORD 17 Levying and authorizing the collection of various taxes totaling 17.000 mills per dollar on all property subject to ad valorem taxation within the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, for the year 2026, in the amounts and for the purposes described herein, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 18 Levying and authorizing the collection of a tax of 11.318 mills per dollar on all property subject to ad valorem taxation within the City of Shreveport, Louisiana for the year 2026, for the purpose of paying principal and interest on the outstanding general obligation bonds of the City of Shreveport, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 19 Levying and authorizing the collection of a tax of 9.040 mills per dollar on all property subject to ad valorem taxation within the bounds of the Downtown Development District of the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, as defined by La. R.S. 33:2740.38, for the year 2026, in the amounts and for the purposes described herein, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

ORD 20 Zoning Case No. 25-35-C : An ordinance to approve the amendment of the zoning map of the UDC, by rezoning property located on the north side of Fuller Street, approximately 200 feet east of Bernstein Avenue, from R-1-5 (Single Family Residential) to R-1-5 (CZD) (Single Family Residential - Conditional Zoning District) and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. ORD 21 Zoning Case No. 25-155-C : An ordinance to approve the amendment of the zoning map of the UDC, by rezoning property located on the east side of Woolworth Road, approximately 730 feet south of Sagewood Drive from R-A Rural Agricultural District to I-1 Light Industrial District, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. ORD 22 Zoning Case No. 25-157-C : An ordinance to approve the amendment of the zoning map of the UDC, by rezoning property located on the southwest corner of Wilkinson Street and William Avenue from, R-3 Multi-Family Residential to C-4 Heavy Commercial, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. ORD 23 Zoning Case No. 158-C : An ordinance to approve the amendment of the zoning map of the UDC, by rezoning property located on the east side of Pines Road, approximately 250 feet south of Five Oaks Drive, from C-2 corridor commercial zoning district to C-3 general commercial zoning district, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. ORD 24 Zoning Case No. 25-159-C : An ordinance to approve the amendment of the zoning map of the UDC, by rezoning property located between Walker Road and Dean Road, from R-1-12, Single Family Residential zoning district to R-E, Residential Estate zoning district, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
