SYCA-25-00001 at 1007 S Agnew Avenue (Stockyards Transitional). An application by Dakota Desai, Smith Roberts Baldischwiler, LLC, for Lavonna Koger, Shorty’s Hattery, to: 1) Construct a 1,500 square foot addition at the west end of the existing building; 2) Construct a parking lot (variances required for parking and for maneuvering in the public right-of-way); 3) Install landscaping including street trees (variance required from minimum required landscape standards); and 4) Construct 7’-1” tall trash enclosure constructed with wood stockade fencing.

Consideration and possible action on an application by Dakota Desai, Smith Roberts Baldischwiler, LLC, for Reyes Brothers Buy Homes, LLC, to provide a recommendation to the Planning Commission regarding a request to rezone from R-1 Single-Family Residential District and Scenic River Overlay Design District (SRODD) to a new Simplified Planned Unit Development (SPUD-01794) that would be developed in accordance with modified R-1 Single-Family Residential District and the Scenic River Overlay Design District (SRODD) regulations.

King, Rainbow Records, to: 1) Change the window at the north elevation to a door with two sidelites; 2) Alter the east elevation to introduce three columns of dark brick to match dark brick elsewhere on the building; and 3) Use reclaimed red brick from the original building at the north elevation.
