0078-26Authorization to execute Consultant Services Agreement with WSP USA, Inc., pursuant to RFP #42-2025, for the Winchester Road Corridor Study at a cost not to exceed $350,000. The purpose of the plan is to identify how incremental infill and development can be responsive to market forces, meet the needs of the surrounding community, and provide safe access for all travel modes.
