CBA-RKD02-Kensico Dam Plaza Storage Building

This Act amends the 2026 County Capital Budget to increase appropriations for Capital Project RKD02, the Kensico Dam Plaza Storage Building. The previous appropriation was $7,850,000, and this amendment adds $2,500,000, bringing the revised total appropriation to $10,350,000. The method of financing will be through Bonds and/or Notes. The estimated annual cost for principal and interest is $867,183, with a total debt service of $13,007,741 over the bond term. This project is projected to fund 113 FTE jobs.
