November 11, 2025 Common Council Minutes.

The Common Council met on November 11, 2025, approving various items including minutes from a previous meeting, several resolutions granting privileges for properties, an easement for We Energies, and rate changes for sanitary sewer usage, solid waste, and storm water management. The council also approved the 2026 City of West Allis Mayor’s Recommended Budget and passed an ordinance appropriating funds for the city's operation in 2026. Additionally, a collective bargaining agreement with the West Allis Professional Police Association for 2026-2029 was adopted, along with resolutions establishing insurance plans and rates for the upcoming year. The Economic Development Committee approved a Purchase and Sale and Development Agreement for property at 1405 S. 92nd St. and granted a new Class A Liquor and Beer License for Pan-Asia Supermarket at 6910 W. Greenfield Ave., as well as a Conditional Use Permit for massage therapy at 11212 W. Greenfield Ave. and for AMP Automotive LLC at 10150 W. National Ave. The Public Safety Committee granted some operator's licenses, denied others based on police records, and adopted resolutions supporting Vision Zero with a goal of zero traffic-related deaths or serious injuries by 2037 and adopting the Municipal Safety Action Plan.
