The City of West Allis Common Council approved an amendment to a contract with Ramboll Environ for additional remedial oversight assistance at the former Teledyne site. This site is being redeveloped into a new Public Works facility located at 1906 S. 53rd St. The contract amendment is for an amount not to exceed $26,000. This funding will cover oversight of hot-spot soil excavation activities and the installation of a vapor mitigation system (VMS). The work is being funded through the US EPA Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund.
