This resolution amends the City of West Allis Fee Schedule to introduce a new permit fee for water main taps specifically for a 24-inch main size. The fee structure for water main taps is updated as follows:

• 1-inch tap: $600.00 (for 4, 6, 8, 12-inch mains)
• 1.5-inch tap: $800.00 (for 4, 6, 8, 12-inch mains)
• 2-inch tap: $1,000.00 (for 4, 6, 8, 12-inch mains)
• 6-inch tap: $3,500.00 (for 6-inch main), $3,600.00 (for 8-inch main), $3,700.00 (for 12-inch main), $3,800.00 (for 16-inch main)
• 8-inch tap: $3,700.00 (for 8-inch main), $3,800.00 (for 12-inch main), $3,900.00 (for 16-inch main), $5,000.00 (for 24-inch main).

The resolution was passed and adopted by the City of West Allis Common Council on December 9, 2025.
