Special Assessment Payment Options (4.0% annual interest on unpaid balances):

• Full Payment: Property owners can pay the entire assessment without interest within 30 days of the billing date.
• Assessments <= $100.00: Automatically added to the next tax roll with interest from the due date to December 31.
• Assessments $100.01 - $250.00: Payable in five annual installments on the property tax bill.
• Assessments > $250.00: Payable in ten annual installments on the property tax bill.
