Resolution establishing the 2026 Sanitary Sewer User Charge-MMSD Portion.

This resolution establishes the 2026 Sanitary Sewer User Charge for the portion owed to the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD). The City of West Allis is passing on increased fees from MMSD, effective January 1, 2026. The new quarterly rates are:

• Residential-Single Family: $48.10
• Residential-Duplex: $79.60
• Commercial, Industrial, Gov’t: $16.55 per connection, plus $2.36 per hundred cubic feet (ccf) of water used.

Utility Billing Staff are directed to notify all users of this rate increase.
