Resolution accepting the work of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for alley reconstruction and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2025 Project No. 11 for final payment in the amount of $4,044.72.

The West Allis Common Council has accepted the completed alley reconstruction work by LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2025 Project No. 11. This project involved the installation of concrete alley pavement, curb and gutter, asphalt patching, and utility adjustments in the alley bounded by S. 84th St., S. 85th St., W. Lincoln Ave., and W. Grant St. The council authorized a final payment of $4,044.72 to the contractor upon completion of their contractual obligations as attested by the City Engineer.
