30070 : SHERIFF-CORONER-PA: Ratify and Approve the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office Ongoing Capital Improvement Projects for FY25/26. All Districts. [Total Cost $1,190,643, 100% Sheriff’s Budget].

The Board of Supervisors is asked to ratify and approve a list of five ongoing capital improvement projects for the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office for Fiscal Year 2025/26. These projects have a total estimated cost of $1,190,643, which will be funded entirely from the Sheriff's FY25/26 General Fund budget. The projects include renovations at the RPDC Liberty Offices, replacement of loading dock sliders at CBDC, expansion of the BCTC Dispatch Training Room, and demolition and replacement of an exhaust hood and a secure walk-in cooler at SCF. The Board is also asked to find these projects exempt from CEQA review and delegate project management authority to the Director of the Sheriff's Project Management Office.
