This expansion is intended to meet an increased need for specialized housing options for youth requiring intensive services while awaiting placement. The additional capacity will be accommodated by two independent mobile units, each with two beds. This change is effective upon approval and has no associated costs or budget adjustments for the current or next fiscal year. The facility is a Transitional Shelter Care Facility (TrSCF) offering 24-hour care on a 120-acre site.
