The Board of Supervisors is asked to accept the completion of the Good Hope Area Sidewalk Improvements Project (Project No. D3-0110) and the Theda Street Sidewalk Improvements Project (Project No. D2-0110) in the Community of Good Hope, District 1. The construction contract with LC Paving & Sealing, Inc. was originally authorized at $2,786,446.00, but the total value of work came in at $2,343,398.00, a reduction of 15.9% due to using fewer quantities than anticipated. The projects provide ADA-compliant sidewalks to improve pedestrian safety. The work was completed on August 15, 2025.
