RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT TO MARICEL GODOY FOR PROPOSED A PROPOSED ARCHITECTURAL CORNICE, GOOSENECK LIGHTING, SECURITY CAMERA AND BUSINESS SIGN THAT ENCROACH INTO THE RIGHT OF WAY OF MARKET STREET IN THE CITY OF PATERSON, PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40:20-1.

This resolution authorizes an encroachment permit for Maricel Godoy at 43 Market Street, Paterson (Block 4608, Lot 22). The permit allows for an architectural cornice, gooseneck lighting, a security camera, and a business sign to encroach into the Market Street right-of-way.

The County of Passaic, through its Board of County Commissioners, has reviewed the application and determined that the proposed encroachments pose no adverse effect on vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

Key Conditions of the Permit:

• The applicant must hold the County harmless for any damages incurred.
• The applicant must remove all encroachments at their own expense upon proper notice from the County.
