Authorizing the City Engineer to apply for a WDNR Municipal Flood Control Grant for the West Towne Pond project, the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the resulting grant agreement to accept the grant if awarded, and amending the 2026 Capital Budget for Engineering - Stormwater Utility to allow for the acceptance of up to $600,000 if awarded the grant.
