Summary

This item recommends a $1,000 transfer of funds from the Fourth Council District's One-time District Priority Funds to the City Manager Department. These funds will be allocated as follows:

  • $500 to the Long Beach Heritage Coalition to support their 45th Anniversary Preservation Awards Celebration on April 9, 2026.
  • $500 to the Black Employees Association of Long Beach (BEA) to support their annual Black History Month celebration, which was held on February 10, 2026.

The transfer will be offset by a decrease in appropriations within the Citywide Activities Department.
