This resolution authorizes the Mayor to execute an addendum to the Health Services Agreement with Marathon Health, LLC, extending services at the Samuel Brown Health Center through December 31, 2026. The agreement, effective January 1, 2026, will cost no more than $1,069,068.00. This represents an increase in the monthly cost from $176,567.24 to $178,178.00. Funds for this extension will be drawn from chartstrings 1101-160504-1937-71203 (25%) and 6002-160504-1841-71203 (75%). The addendum also restates the staffing model for the health center, which includes 1.0 Physician, 3.25 Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, 4.3 Medical Assistants, 1.0 BH Counselor, and 1.0 Medical Receptionist.
