Summary

This resolution authorizes Laramie County to change the speed limit on a specific section of County Road 129, also known as Whitney Road. Following a speed study conducted in June 2024 by Inberg-Miller Engineers and Laramie County, it was concluded that the speed limit from mile post 1.3 to 5.00 should be raised from the currently posted 45 mph to 55 mph.
