Project Scope:

• Development of West, East, and North Parking Lots with options for gravel surfacing or asphalt paving.
• Installation of concrete pavements for ADA accessibility.
• Removal and replacement of a culvert between the north and south parking lots.
• Site preparation including stripping topsoil, removing existing features (guard rails, parking blocks, trees), and installing a separation fabric (Mirafi 140N or equivalent) to prevent fine migration into the base course.
• Relocation of existing park signs and "no parking" signs, and installation of 6 new bollards to protect existing utilities.

Pavement Design:

• Gravel Surfacing: 8 inches of WYDOT Grading "GR" base course.
