Award of Contract for the 2026 Sanitary Service Lateral Lining Program to Performance Pipelining Inc. in the Amount of $719,939.64 and Award of the 2026 Sanitary Service Lateral Professional Services Agreement to RJN Group in the Amount of $71,700.00

The City Council is considering awarding two contracts related to the 2026 Sanitary Service Lateral Lining Program. The RJN Group's agreement outlines their role in providing part-time construction observation, TV review, documentation, invoice review, project management, and GIS updates for the program, which is scheduled to begin in April 2026 and conclude by December 18, 2026. The scope of work for RJN Group includes approximately 12,000 linear feet of pre-construction cleaning and televising, and the lining of about 160 sanitary service laterals.
