• Twin Bridges LLAD 7: The contract will be with New Image Landscape Company for a not-to-exceed amount of $357,000. This contract covers landscaping, trees, bioretention areas, irrigation, and walking paths for a term of three years with two one-year extension options, totaling five years (FY26-FY30).
• Parkside Heights LLAD 17: The contract will be with Pacheco Landscape Management, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $91,000. This contract also covers similar landscape maintenance for a term of three years with two one-year extension options, totaling five years (FY26-FY30).

Both contracts are funded by tax assessments collected within each respective district and will not impact the General Fund. The recommended contractors were the lowest bidders for their respective RFQs.
