REC Council Report

The Recreation and Outdoor Aquatic Center (REC) provided a report on its November 2025 activities. Key events included the 4th annual Eye on the Pie 5K Turkey Trot with 140 participants and the kick-off of the Jr. Cavs Basketball Clinic with 113 participants. The center also held meetings regarding new Rec Center rates and processes, and discussed upcoming programs and membership fee rollouts. Program participation in November included 113 for Jr. Cavs Basketball, 147 for Swim Lessons, and 28 Fitness Classes. Membership sales saw 498 memberships sold and 778 day passes purchased in November 2025, an increase from October.
