Quarterly audit report for the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3 for period of 10/1/2025 - 12/31/2025

This document is the Quarterly Audit Report for the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3, covering the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The audit, conducted by the Galveston County Auditor's Office, reviewed collections and monthly reports submitted by the precinct's offices in Galveston, La Marque, and Crystal Beach.

The audit found that the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3, was in full compliance with all statutory and county policies regarding fund collection and deposit. All collected funds were properly receipted and deposited with the County Clerk Treasury on time. The office also complied with county policies for private collection fees, Parks and Wildlife fees, OMNI fees, and bond bank reconciliations. The report will be submitted to the Commissioners Court on February 16, 2026.
