A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign an Agreement for Professional Services by and between the City of El Paso, and WSP USA Inc. a New York, USA, Foreign For-Profit Corporation, for a project known as “2026-0188R Geotechnical and Material Testing Services for the El Paso International Airport Advanced Manufacturing District Phase 1” for an amount not to exceed $207,170.00.

The City of El Paso is awarding a professional services contract to WSP USA Inc. for geotechnical and material testing services for the El Paso International Airport (EPIA) Advanced Manufacturing District Phase 1 project. The contract is for an amount not to exceed $207,170.00, with an additional $100,000.00 in contingency authorization (split between basic and additional services) available to the City Engineer. The project involves construction of a 50,000-square-foot warehouse facility, including site infrastructure, roadways, utilities, and security fencing.

Financial Details:

• Total Contract Value: $207,170.00 (base) + $100,000.00 (contingency) = $307,170.00.
