The City Council will consider a request for a Final Plat of the Reserve at Brush Creek, a residential development proposed by Canna Capital, represented by Manhard Consulting. The project is located on approximately 15.437 acres on the north side of Brush Creek Road, about 392 feet east of US 377.

The Final Plat aims to create 42 residential lots, 9 homeowner's association lots, and dedicate easements and private streets. The site is currently zoned Planned Development – Residential 4 (PD-R4).

Staff recommends approval, stating the plat meets established criteria. The application has undergone multiple reviews and extensions by the Planning & Zoning Commission since August 2025. This item is being considered under Texas Local Government Code Chapter 212, as updated by House Bill 3699.
