Approval to purchase Schwarze A7 Tornado Street Sweeper

The City of Crossville is considering the purchase of a Schwarze A7 Tornado Street Sweeper for $373,977.00. This sweeper is mounted on a 2025 International chassis and features a 600-gallon water tank, a 134 HP John Deere Tier IV engine, and a high-strength stainless steel hopper with a lifetime warranty. The purchase will be made through the State of Tennessee's Statewide Multi-Year Contract SWC225, which is also available to local government agencies. The current lead time for the sweeper is 90-120 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).
