CONSIDER approving the Record of Action from the March 19, 2026, CAB Programs & Services Subcommittee meeting.

The CAB Programs & Services Subcommittee approved the Record of Action from their November 20, 2025 meeting. The subcommittee also reviewed and discussed their 2026 Work Plan, with a focus on scheduling a tour of the Bay Legal program. Updates were provided on an in-custody survey, and the subcommittee recommended inviting the Sheriff's Office to a future meeting to discuss survey distribution and focus groups. Additionally, the subcommittee reviewed and updated the timeline for a client feedback process and focus group planning, discussing logistics for both in-custody and out-of-custody sessions. Finally, the 2026 CAB Programs & Services meeting schedule was reviewed and confirmed.
