To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to enter contract with Vertiv Corporation for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, and uninterrupted power supply maintenance and repair services with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms or portion thereof; to authorize the waiver of the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $298,442.33.
