To authorize an expenditure of an amount not to exceed $150,000.00; to authorize the Auditor’s Office to make quarterly payments in an amount equal to the percentages set forth in the Annexation Agreement with the Board of Trustees of Franklin Township authorized by Ordinance Number 2529-2013 and approved by City Council on November 4, 2013, contingent on the passage of the 2026 Operating Budget, Ordinance No. 2938-2025; and to declare an emergency.
