Scope of Services:
Services include scheduled maintenance for HVAC equipment (including Trane and McQuay chillers), refrigerant management to ensure EPA compliance, laboratory analysis of system fluids, and extensive support for the Trane Tracer™ Building Automation System. This BAS support encompasses system analysis, control loop tuning, database backup, software updates, operator coaching, and 24/7 monitoring via Trane Intelligent Services, offering priority response and proactive diagnostics. The agreement aims to enhance system functionality, extend equipment life, reduce energy consumption, and prevent costly unplanned downtime.
