MOTION, submitted by Councilmembers Walsh and Jeffreys, WE MOVE that the Administration provide a report within sixty (60) days on restrictions and policies in the zoning and building codes that impact the ability to more easily build quality development including, but not limited to, minimum lot sizes, setbacks and yard requirements, single stair reform, and ADU restrictions.
