  • Rules & Regulations: The Department can adopt rules for application procedures, grant awards, revocation, additional eligibility criteria, inventory, affordability standards, and monitoring.
  • Reporting: The Department must submit an annual report by September 1st detailing the number of grants awarded, funding disbursed, recipient locations and square footage, and any revocations/suspensions.

Timeline: The ordinance takes effect 30 days after enactment.
