Approve appointments and certain related waivers to citizen boards and commissions, to Council committees and other intergovernmental bodies, and to public facility corporations; removal and replacement of members; amendments to board and commission bylaws; and approve an ordinance waiving the residency requirement of City Code Subsections 2-1-102 (C) (Animal Advisory Commission) to allow appointment of Julie "Jules" Maron to the Animal Advisory Commission.
