Request to Approve Request from Gibson Loft for One Designated Stall in Red Ramp

This item requests approval for Gibson Loft to have one designated parking stall in the Red Ramp on Level 3, nearest the pedestrian access to their property at 211 W College Avenue. This request is to reestablish a previously held designated stall. The request meets the criteria outlined in the Designated Stalls in Parking Ramps Policy, including that no more than 5% of stalls will be designated and that the business agrees to a minimum three-year commitment. The annual fee will be twice the monthly permit fee. The designated stall is for business/venue operations and is requested for the full 2026 calendar year.
