Request to Approve parking changes on the 1500 block of N. McDonald St (follow-up to a 6-month evaluation)

This item recommends making permanent the removal of a Two-Hour Parking restriction on the west side of the 1500 block of N. McDonald Street, between Randall Avenue and Woodland Avenue. This restriction, originally enacted in 1996, was temporarily removed for a six-month evaluation period starting in July 2025. During the evaluation, no negative community feedback was received, and parking behaviors appeared to adjust favorably. To make this change permanent, City Council must repeal Ordinance 116-92, which established the original two-hour limit. The proposed change removes the restriction entirely.
