CDC Minutes from 1-14-26

The Community Development Committee (CDC) met on January 14, 2026, and approved several key items:

1. Offer to Purchase Extension: Recommended approval to extend the closing date for Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. to purchase Lot 41 in Southpoint Commerce Park Plat No. 4 ( 4041 East Endeavor Drive ) to January 31, 2026.

2. Cost Reimbursement Agreement Amendment: Recommended approval to amend the cost reimbursement agreement with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, increasing the total escrow deposit fee ceiling by an additional $135,168.75, bringing the total to $235,168.75.

3. Information Items: The committee received presentations and discussed annual updates to the Housing Affordability Report and Housing Fee Report, as well as Permit Summary Reports from the Inspection Division for November and December 2025.
