Finance Committee meeting minutes

The Finance Committee met on November 5, 2025, and approved several items:

• Minutes Approval: Approved the minutes from the October 20, 2025 meeting.
• Redemption Agent Appointment: Recommended approval for Resolution #2025-16, authorizing the appointment of a Redemption Agent for outstanding Water and Storm Water Revenue Bonds.
• Inventory Write-off: Approved the write-off of $6,912.36 in obsolete Wastewater inventory.
• WisDOT Forms (I-41/STH 441): Approved WisDOT forms (DT2245 and DT1661) related to non-reimbursement and quit claim deeds for the I-41/STH 441 project.
• WisDOT Forms (I-41/CTH OO): Approved WisDOT forms (DT2245 and DT1660) related to non-reimbursement and conveyance of rights in land for the I-41/CTH OO Interchange.
• Budget Adjustment: Noted a $4,500 budget adjustment for the Stormwater Utility, applied from fund balance to cover debt issuance costs for the redemption agent agreement.
