Approval of Modification 25 to Extend the Contract Term by Ninety-Days of the Electric Coordination Agreement (ECA) between the Incorporated County of Los Alamos and the United States Department of Energy (DOE)

This document is a modification (Modification 25) to an existing Electric Coordination Agreement (ECA) between the Incorporated County of Los Alamos and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

Key Change: The modification extends the Period of Performance end date by ninety (90) days. The original end date was December 31, 2025, and it is now extended to March 31, 2026.

All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The agreement's effective date is July 1, 1985.
